We are looking for a dedicated Freelance HR Business Partner to support our talent management and organizational development from our Brussels headquarters. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for every new team member. Your analytical mindset will be essential as you track and interpret HR KPIs to drive informed decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This hybrid position requires a bilingual proficiency in French along with a functional understanding of Dutch to effectively navigate our diverse professional environment. We invite a medior professional to join us five days a week, blending remote work with on-site presence to maintain strong interpersonal connections within our teams.
